I hereby authorize Anna Dougherty Photography to use images of me and or my property and authorize her and her assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. 

I understand the photographer reserves the right to use digital and/or film negatives and/or reproductions for display, promotion or other legal purposes. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, digital files, and transparencies, will be the exclusive property of Anna Dougherty Photography. 

If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf.
