Photography Agreement
Images/products are not included in your session fee and are purchased separately after your photo shoot.
Session Fee $150 -
Images are $60 per high res digital download with unlimited usage rights.
Advanced digital editing - head swaps, background removal, logo overlays, and special requests are billed at $60 per hour.
There is a minimum total order of $350 that must be prepaid to secure your session.
You will have a $200 credit after your session.
By purchasing a Portrait Session you are agreeing to the following: I understand the studio reserves the right to use digital and/or film negatives and/or reproductions for display, promotion or other legal purposes. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, digital files and transparencies, will be the exclusive property of Anna Dougherty Photography.
If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, 100% of the session fees paid are non-refundable. Session fees are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.
If the Studio/Photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials or files are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
