Personal Branding Consultation and Photography $700, (A $350 Retainer fee will be applied to total)

- Photo Session - 2 hours, location of your choice, with unlimited outfits
- 20 Images Included. Additional images can be added starting at $50 per image (package discounts are available)
- Advanced digital editing - head swaps, background removal, logo overlays, and special requests- billed at $60 per hour.
Photography Agreement
By purchasing a Portrait Session, you agree to the following: I understand the studio reserves the right to use digital and/or film negatives and/or reproductions for display, promotion, or other legal purposes. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, digital files, and transparencies, will be the exclusive property of Anna Dougherty Photography.
If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian, and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: The client understands that by entering into this agreement, the Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the $350 retainer fee is non-refundable. Fees are transferable if a date change is necessary within 60 days. 72 hours' notice of any postponement or cancellation is required.
If the Studio/Photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials or files are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
If a session cannot take place on a scheduled day due to weather, the photographer and the client will reschedule to the earliest possible date, with no additional charge.
